Turn source material into a story worth presenting.

Create presentations, Word documents and PDFs from your source material in GNJ AI. Set the audience and structure, generate a file and refine it in chat.

Original demonstration

AFTERLIGHT · A study in light

AFTERLIGHT is a public six-slide architecture concept. Browse the slides, then download the PPTX to inspect its editable text, shapes and layout. The architectural photographs remain images. This example shows the file format; your material and brief determine your own result.

From brief to result

  1. 01

Upload research, meeting notes or an existing document. Explain the audience and occasion.

  2. 02

Set the slide count, narrative, language and visual direction, then generate the file.

  3. 03

Preview the result and ask for changes: sharpen the conclusion, adjust a chart or adapt it for another audience.

What you can make

  • An editable presentation you can continue refining in PowerPoint.
  • Reuse the same material for a presentation, written brief or PDF.
  • Preview, download or share the file from the conversation. Review important facts before using it.
A good place to start

Turn the attachment into a 10-slide leadership deck: conclusions, evidence, then actions. Use a clean blue-and-white design, cite the data and deliver an editable PPT.

What to bring

  • Bring a report, meeting notes or data table, and identify the pages and sources to cite. If you only have an idea, agree on an outline first.
  • Specify the audience, speaking time and slide count. For example: a ten-minute leadership update with the conclusion on the first slide.
  • Include brand colours, a logo or a visual reference, and request PPTX, Word or PDF depending on how you plan to edit or distribute it.

Review and refine the result

  • Check names, dates, numbers and citations. Mark missing information as a gap rather than a confirmed fact.
  • Open the downloaded deck in PowerPoint. Check text overflow, chart labels and fonts on the device you will present from.
  • Refine a specific slide in the original conversation: “Make slide 3 a comparison table and keep the source references.”

FAQ

A few good questions

Is the download a PowerPoint file or a screenshot?

The example downloads as a .pptx with editable text and layout objects; photographs remain images. Ask for an editable PPTX in chat too. The online preview is for viewing, while the downloaded file is for further editing.

Can I start from an existing PDF or Word document?

Upload the document and identify what to keep or shorten. Scanned pages, complex tables and blurry images may need additional checking. Include the original spreadsheet when important numbers are involved.

Can I start on my phone and continue on a computer?

Use the same GNJ AI account to continue the conversation and access its files. Request changes in chat or download the deck to refine it in PowerPoint.
